Q:  How long does it take to get a mount back?​

A:  Typically 10-18  months.

 

Q:  How long is the tanning process?​

A:  Wet tans are quicker (1-2 months processing) than dry tans​ (4-8 months processing).

 

Q:  Why does it cost so much to get an animal mounted?

A:  Most projects, half the price basically goes towards materials needed to mount an animal, this includes the form, eyes, glue, clay, rock/habitat, ​tanning and shipping for all these items.  We try our best to keep our prices as low as we can because we enjoy what we do and so that they are affordable.

Q:  Do you accept credit cards?

A:  Yes, we accept all major forms of credit cards.  There is a 4% transaction fee with this option to cover all the fees associated with using a card.

Q:  How much cape do I need to leave for a shoulder mount?

A:  Leave more than you think, usually behind the shoulder and front legs.  We will trim it accordingly.  If the cape is too short it may call for a new cape.

Q:  How long do I have to pick up my mount once completed?

A:  We typically allow you 3 weeks to arrange pickup, after 3 weeks we begin charging a storage fee due to limited space in our shop.
